Ro Finally Acknowledged I'm Alive

After almost 4 years & having the BVA remanding my claim back to the RO they have finally sent me one of their form letters stating " We want to settle your claim ASAP but we have a lot of claims.

Hey, not much but it's nice to know they are aware I'm still alive. HA

Oh ya, they also stated "They received my claim but I think whomever sent the form ( I suspect they are computer generated) was unaware the BVA sent it back to them with instructions to "Expedite" it.

RO's will expedite a claim when Pigs fly is my opinion. HA

Yep, it's computer generated alright. I get the same one, about one a month for the past two years.

It doesn't matter if your alive or not to the VA.

They send them out either way, in hopes you'll buy their excuse the delay is due to having so many claims, instead of the fraudulant denials they put out, causing remand after remand after remand.
