Hello All Hope All Is Well. Well I do Not have any good News at this pint all contacts have failed Wash DC. as well Local. I am gathering all necessary Documents and sending them for review with counsel.VAMC has refused Service connected condition treatment since MAY 2008 and also stopped all medication including NARCOTIC therapy from which i have had to endure withdrawal symptoms.VARO has not processed or even acknowledged ROI or FOIA request as well other i also filed a CUE MAY 2007 and never acknowledged. According to the folks at VHA,CUSTOMER SERVICE WASH DC.AND GENERAL COUNSEL WASH.DCALSO IN BKLYN NY.FIELD OPERATIONS WASH.DC.INSPECTOR GENERAL TO MOVE FORWARD WITH TORT CLAIM .Here is the list of contact numbers of personnal i called in WASH.DC AND NO RESOLVE THEY WILL GATHER THE INFORMATION FROM YOU AND THEN DO NOT RESPOND OR FOLLOW UP AT ALL.202 273 5400 CUSTOMER SERVICE VHA UNDER SECRETARYK.PIERCE,V.WRIGHT,WILLIAMS 202 273 5846 FIELD OPERATION DIANE REUBEN 202 461 9340 VISN 7 SOUTH 678 924 5700 M ANDERSON,L CREEGIE LAWRENCE BIRO IS EXECUTIVE.VISN 3BRTONX NY 718 741 4110 M.SABEL EXECUTIVE .GENCOUNSEL 202 461 4900 BRADSHAW,K.SIMPSON,A.DUNCAN,VBA 202 273 6763 D.SPIVEY,J.BUCK.NOT TO EVEN MENTION LOCAL POLITICIANS SENATOR LAUTENBERG AND COMNGRESSMAN HOLT OFFICES.AT THIS POINT THE ONLY THING I CAN DO IS FILE THIS CLAIM APPROPRIATELY WITH COUNSEL AT MY SIDE RE: ALL CONTACTS HAVE ZERO RESOLVE OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.YOUR THOUGHTS.Please forgive the long post and Caps,and i Thank You and God Bless.I am Done FRIED !!!!!!!!!!!!

    Tips on posting on the forums.
     

    1. Post a clear title like ‘Need help preparing PTSD claim’ or “VA med center won’t schedule my surgery” instead of ‘I have a question.
    2. Knowledgeable people who don’t have time to read all posts may skip yours if your need isn’t clear in the title. I don’t read all posts every login and will gravitate towards those I have more info on.
    3. Use paragraphs instead of one massive, rambling introduction or story. Again – You want to make it easy for others to help. If your question is buried in a monster paragraph, there are fewer who will investigate to dig it out.

     

    Leading to:

     

    Post straightforward questions and then post background information.

     

    Examples:
     
    • A. I was previously denied for apnea – Should I refile a claim?
      • Adding Background information in your post will help members understand what information you are looking for so they can assist you in finding it.
    • I was diagnosed with apnea in service and received a CPAP machine, but the claim was denied in 2008. Should I refile?
       
    • B. I may have PTSD- how can I be sure?
      • See how the details below give us a better understanding of what you’re claiming.
        • I was involved in a traumatic incident on base in 1974 and have had nightmares ever since, but I did not go to mental health while enlisted. How can I get help?

     

    This gives members a starting point to ask clarifying questions like “Can you post the Reasons for Denial from your claim?” etc.
