Sc Paid As Greater ?

Question

question, on my retro some years pension paid as greater benefits

then for several years sc paid as greater benefits . do they take

the smaller amount of pension out of retro for the sc years or do

you get all of sc amount

They will add up what they owe you as SC -it could be a staged rating amount- then they will deduct the pension they paid you.If there is comp left that is your retro-

But If you elect to continue the pension- as the greater benefit- then the pension will just keep coming. If you successfully challenge them and get a higher rating- at some point (after they deduct any future pensions from it)- you could get a higher level of Comp that the pension was.

ok if i take pension can i switch back to sc any time?
