Time To Nod Iu Denial, Advice?

Hello all, this is what I have for IU, denial. I think I have a good chance for IU. Thanks for any ideas.

In a nutshell, this is how it reads *less bit of verbage for few odd jobs.

'Entitlement to IU is denied because you have not been found to be unable to secure or follow a substantialy gainful occupation as a result of sc disabilities.'

'The VA examiner who evaluated all of your other service-connected disabilities opined you are capable of sedentary or office work.'

Sometimes I feel like the lion, scarecrow and tinman all in one!

Giddy up Cowgirl! Get after 'em! You have met the 60% requirement for TDIU, 38 CFR 4.16; since they failed to address this issue, then your denial may be CUE. See attached PDF file regarding TDIU analysis from Veterans Benefits Manual. ~Wings
