Tiera L. Woodward of Lancaster County accuses the center's staff of medical malpractice for, among other things, failing to properly diagnose him and providing psychiatric help after learning about his previous suicide attempts.
The lawsuit, filed Monday in U.S. Middle District Court against the federal government, which operates the center, also claims the staff failed to get the family involved."
