carlie Posted October 17, 2008 Share Posted October 17, 2008 Terry, I don't remember your whole situation. When I had my SSA- ALJ Hearing my law firm represented me and I did not have to attend. It was awarded Fully Favorable about one month later. This was how mine went. I do not know if yours would be the same or not.
