HadIt.com Elder Testvet Posted October 18, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 18, 2008 the VA wishes we were "hidit" but most of is have "hadit" rofl the most important aspect to filing a claim is persistence and "don't give up" appeal and keep appealing now if you need to hire a lawyer now that we can if needed I have and it's the best thing that ever happened to my claim less stress and they repsond to her, quickly rather than 12-18 months later I got a SSOC within 10 days after this latest denial normally they took months to get bpttom line is I have a claim that the RO does not want to approve even thought they know it will be awarded by the BVA what a joke Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
