Hello All Hope All Is Well. I went to my Local Library with my daughter the other day and I asked if they had the Veterans Benefit manual or NVLSP and they did not . So the kind Lady said they will order it and let me know when it arrives.So for all of you like myself whom are limited with funds this can be an avenue for research or assistance. I hope this helps anyone. I am just wondering how long it is before arrives 2008 NVLSP she had ordered it? I am so sure there will be plenty of reading material.

It should not take long to arrive.

This is a legal manual and takes a while to get familiar with the format.

I donated 3 VBMs over the years to my former POAs. They never read them.

If they had read them -4 of them would not be on the hot seat today.

I found one of the VBMs in an old office up a flight of stairs in their building on the local VA grounds-

that prevented even vets themselves from accessing the VBMs.

I have been buying them since 1991.

I hold onto the older copies I have because sometimes I need the regs from past years-or a detailed assessment of CAVC cases that were decided in past years.
