Bva Traveling Board

I have a bva traveling board scheduled for nov 18 2008. My question is will this board render a desission or remand or denial or does it go to someone else in the bva to be decided? Also do they render a decision quick or does it take years? I been at it now for 5 years. Thanks!

Hi Carlie, Yes the bva gave me an effective date of May 7 2007 for limited motion of my left shoulder 20% and I do agree with that. The tinittus I claimed in 2004 and they did not give me a percentage or a effective date. I called the amc and they told me the tinittus is reacuring. I hope that gives me the 10%. Thanks! Les

Yes, Tinnitus pays 10% - it would be great if VA assigns an

effective date for Tinnitus of 2004.
