Bva Traveling Board Video Hearing Question

Hi everyone, I have been away from this forum for a long time. I was in a state of (WOW) what is going on here with my appeals. I am at this now 5 years and on Nov. 18 2008 I finally have a hearing scheduled. My question is after the hearing will I still have to wait perhaps anouther year of so for a decision? I have 4 appeals going on and I am still at o% service conected. Thank you! Les

There is no time frame for VA or BVA to provide a decision.

My BVA hearing was well over 2 years ago - they outright denied

some issues, stated some issues were not within their jurisdiction,

and remanded some issues to the Appeals Management Center.

It was almost a full year before I heard anything at all from BVA after

my BVA Hearing and the above is what they decided.

Sorry I don't have a better experience to share with you.

Thanks so much for your reply Carlie, I for one know you never know any time frame it will take to get a decision. I just wanted to see different peoples time frame to get an idea. Carlie your picture is awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!
