I had my C&P and turned in my SSI approval letter . I recieved a letter stateing my former employer Army Corps of Eng had 30 days to respond to the form sent a second time. I contacted them for a quick responce. I called Region was told that mail was running 30 days behind. I explained to Region because I have not worked there in 3 years and I did not understand the need. Region said it was fed law, but could not give me either M21-1
or 38 CFR. Are there a lot of other statutes required of them?
