Its a time of waiting "hopefully the wait will be short," and the reults will not be known until you get the brown envelope.

just called my varo.they told me all my claims were in with the rater.is this good or another season of waiting?

simple,

Until you get a direct deposit, a notice from your vso or

a decision letter in the mail then the claim is still in limbo

without time restraints. This just equates to still waiting...

Also, the color of the envelope or manilla folder is irrelevant.

They use whatever they have on hand or in stock be it white or

brown. Some people feel white is a denial and brown is a grant

but there really is no justification of either.
