Cervical Arthritis With Radiculopathy

Question

My question is this: If approved for service connection how is this rated? Do they use " radicular groups" under peripheral nerves or the individual median and ulnar nerve for coming up with a percentage? Does anyone know exactly what the process is on this? I would appreciate any expert articulation on the subject.

Thanks,

oldvet

I am rated for Cervical Traumatic arthritis post fusion c6/c6 with radiculopathy to the median nerve.

they use the results of an EMG NCS to determine the nerve involved. If both median and ulnar are effected then they will use a nerve group.

Hope this helps. J
