At What Stage Was Your Ssi Or Ssdi Approved

Question

I THINK EVERYBODY THAT IS APPLYING FOR SSI OR SSDI WOULD LIKE TO KNOW AT WHAT STAGE WAS IT APPROVED. THIS TOPIC WILL GIVE PEOPLE SOMETHING TO READ AND CONFIDENCE ABOUT THERE HOPES OF BEING APPROVED. WAS IT APPROVED AT INITIAL, RECONSIDERATION, ALJ (HEARING), COURT OF APPEALS, FEDERAL COURT. LET US KNOW.

I applied in June 99 and was denied, received it in March 2000 on reconsideration. I applied to the VA in 99 and was approved in Dec 2001, 100% TDIU P&T. then in 2004 I was awarded 100% for DMII and 70 % PTSD for SMC
