Question

my lawyer who won my ssi claim and this guy wins,will not do va

i have begged him to. but he wins on ssi ,ssa claims . has sent me

my records "in the mail",just called, from my ssi claim. should help

me later on in the not so distant future.

Beleive me skunk,it is a lot simple, to get claim granted for SSD, than it is to get one granted through The Department of Veterans Affairs,SSD grant a full claim when it is favorable to you,the VA grant in, increments, and sometimes lawyer's don't like to take a VA case unless it is going to the Board of Veterans Appeals (VBA)because, when your claim reachs that stage,its at least, Two years old.

this lawyer and it is a shame, because he is so good, will not take any VA claims on.

he only works SSA ssi and other things of that nature. i think the guy has been

before the supreme court.
