I had my BVA hearing on 29 July 2009 in Roanoke Virginia. My representative was very helpful and truly went to bat for me in the hearing.

My claim for iu,eed and increase is somewhere between DRO and BVA. In other words I don't know where the hell it's at.

Mine are at AMC remand since Dec 2005. I am trying to tie up loose ends for the remand, and had 2 C&P exams this fall.

I am now at the BVA, the lawyers picked up the file that a judge gave them and that takes about 3 months.

I am waiting the waiting game at VARO and BVA, and also SS ALJ.

With my recent DX of OSA, I am waiting for Buddy statements and a meeting with my VA docs to see if I can get a Nexus for symptoms displayed in the Army and current DX - then I will submit.
