Question

Will the VA accept copies of my medical appointments or does the VA only accept original copies of the SF 600s?

I'm still on active duty for 253 more days.

Welcome to Hadit.

VA accepts copies in most cases but I am not sure about your question. Hang in there someone will help.

In the past 5 years or so, the medical record is for the most part electronic. I can print out copies of each visit and I guess it's considered an original copy. But remember the old SF 600s. Double sided. The lines were brown. And the DR would hand write the note? I have copies of those notes but not the originals. I have copies of an ER visit after a bad parachute landing fall. I didn't know if the VA only takes original notes. Thank you so much for the information
