Hello & Welcome to Hadit!!

I have PTSD (just from a different cause) but it is the basis of my rating. Most important...be honest. Answer all the questions, try not to say "I don't know" to anything. If you can, take someone with you who knows you and your symptoms well (spouse, parent, someone like that). Be ready to take notes.

If you have other medical records (active duty, civilian) take them with you (a copy).

I'm sure others on here will have some adivce for you as well...also look through the forum using the search feature for the topics you are looking for. Good luck!!
