How To Get C&p Updated

In Apr 2008, my Prostate was removed because of cancer. In Jan 2009, I will have another PSA test, if it has gone up that means the cancer is still in me. I had a C&P examine in Nov 2008, how do I get my C&P updated to show I still have prostate cancer and need to have radiation to get rid of all of the cancer?

Ask for an increase in disability rating. You should get a C&P exam for this request.

More likely than not another C&P will not be needed. As John said simply ask for an increase supported with the latest test findings and treatment regiment.
