does anybody know if sleep apnea has ever been granted,secondary to service connected broken nose,had c p exam and they said that my nose had caused 50-60% of my sleep apnea.waiting for letter from v a. found this out by getting copies of my medical records. I am a Vietnam Vet.68-69.been service connected for since 1970.

Welcome to hadit Kornpatch, welcome home and thanks for your service. I can't answer your question but there are people on hadit that can and will. This place is like a general store. You can get information about anything you need to know about the VA and how the system works, Sounds like you got a good start with your medical records. Just ask the questions and hadit will provide the answers. Never give up.

It sounds like you have a pretty good nexus already from a C and P examiner. Did you see the words at least as likely as not or likely as or due to?

Those are the catch phrases the Va relies on as the certainty of the Docs.

If it does not work out, you can always hit the with the aggravation factor card.
