I am currently rated at 20% based on back and urology both from inital ratings. New issue came to light and I have been through the BVA which only took 8+ years and now I have a split decision. I had issues remanded and 1 granted. My question is how long does the rating take I have been given a range of 30 days to 1-1/2 years if not longer.

Welcome to this group,

There are many on here with more experience to give you an answer. I know that I ended up using my congresswomen to help in getting my rating. I hope you can get your rating answer soon. It sure can be a frustrating procedure with not knowing when and getting different information.

Again welcome,

Peace,

Cuchi

Hi & Welcome to Hadit!!!

I've not had to deal with that part of the VA process so I can't give you a good answer. I'm know that there are many on here though who might be able to venture a guess or offer their own personal experience.

Best of luck!

Dad:

Welcome to Hadit. Its going to take some time cause they will send it back to your VARO nd they will work on it. Its supposed to have priority but I suspect whoever told you weels to up to 1 and 1/2 years are correct.

Good Luck

You can always call the 800 827 1000 and ask them how long.
