vmo makes a good point. The insulin pump is a great device. Be warned, you have to be a good carb counter, test 4 plus times per day, and be good at those story problems. Carbs vs insulin bolus'.

I'm on a pump, provided by the VA. It has been life changing. It was a fairly easy process to go from shots to the pump, but I know many struggled, and went back to injections.

I would also strongly suggest getting a good endo doc.
