Compensation For Veteran's Parent/s

I'm disabled Vet receiving SMC w/spouse. What do they mean when the chart says "Veteran with One Parent" or "Veteran with Two Parents"?? In order to receive compesation for the Veterans Parent/s, does this mean that the parents have to be living with me? Thank You....

The parent(s) do not have to live with the veteran, but they need to be financially "dependant". I'd have to search the regulations. Someone's prolly got them here. ~Wings
