C&p Exam Copy

I just had a C&P exam last week; and have another in March. When is a good time to request a copy of the 1st C&P? If i reqest if now that there is no decision yet will it hold up my decision?

Here at the Memphis Va, we just go to the freedom of information office and request a copy of the C & P results the following day (maybe two) I usually wait a week or so to request my copy of the appointments notes, etc.

They just print u out a copy of the informtion inputed by the VA offical who did your appointment.

I go back Tuesday for my 2nd C & P and will then request a copy of my 1st C & P from last tuesday on my Gerd appeal.

The exception would be if you had your C&P conducted by QTC. You would have to wait longer to get a copy of these records. Three weeks to a month is normal and request them strait from the R/O.

My VARO request for C&P exam didn't arrive after waiting over a year. Then I decided to go to the VAMC FOIA office. I got the C&P exam results at the VAMC in just a few days.

I never did get any results or answer from the VARO.
