Hello All hope All Is Well.Next week I have an appt for Pain Management and Neurology same day.

I am trying to get a Medical evaluation or opinion from both to coincide for DUE PROCESS. Should I bring Clinician Guide or any type of evaluation that could assist me in my plight.

If this is at a VAMC, my experience is they will likely refuse to give any comment regarding service connection or assist you in a ratings evaluation.
