If you have a VSO they may advise. I would think an Claim for Increase for your knee, but am not sure about smc. Do you have solid doctor reports for your knee? (VA, private and SSA?) along with the Social Security Award letter, there is an additional form you can get; Disability Determination and Transmittal, form SSA-831-C3 (or maybe your state has a similar one). concrete medical opinions rule!

Best to ya and Congrats ~ !

Cg'up2009!

Congrats, you are getting it done.

SMC is hard to get and has a lot of criteria you have to meet.

Look on Hadit home page there is help.

Congrats on your win.

rjimenez,

Congrats.

Your rated 100% P&T.

Forget your knee, you can't get 100% for a knee anyway.

My advice is to thank your lucky stars.

Sit back and enjoy as much about life as you can.

Leave SMC's alone - as anything you do for any kind of

increase re-opens your claim for another look-see.

Now this is just my opinion and some others may not agree.

But for sure I'd just leave things alone, for awhile,at least a year.

Also, VA will tell you no future exams scheduled

BUT

if you get something from VA saying your going to be scheduled for an exam

GO TO IT.

jmho,

carlie
