What is your actual and already awarded -service connected rating?

If a vet is 100 % SC for one disability and then fits into the SMC "0" criteria-and also the basic Aid and attendance criteria ("S"),and still needs a higher level of care as defined in 38 CFR 3.352 -then they are eligible for SMC R-2

based on their medical evidence.

Criteria for all SMC awards are discussed within 38 CFR 3.350,etc.

What is your actual and already awarded -service connected rating? MY ACTUAL RATING NOW IS YOUR OVERALL RATING IS 100% WE DO NOT ADD THE INDIVIDUAL PERCENTAGES OF EACH CONDITION TO DETERMINE YOUR RATING

THATS WHAT THE BROWN ENVELOPE SAID WAS ON TDIU SO NOW IM SCHED 100%

IF MY DEFERRED PTSD IS RATED 100% AND MY ARM AND MY EYE ISSUE FIGURED IN THEN I GUESS THAT WOULD DO IT

ITS NOT FOR ME THOUGH A FRIEND OF MINE IS BED-RIDDEN SO IM TRYING TO HELP HIM OUT TO GET smc r1 OR R2

THX
