<_< You can count on me as one of those who are dissatisfied. My claim was filed 03/03/08, and the last IRIS I sent, I was told, it's in the development stage, as they are waiting on records that are in their own damn computer. Seems every time I see a Doc, my previous records can be bought up instantly....

CLAIM OPENED 1998 HERE-GOT A CP EXAM IN 07/ GOT A DRO IN 2007 AND A BVA IN 2008/ FORMWHICH WE HAD A DOCKET # FOR BVA SINCE 05 BEFORE DRO????/BUT WAITED 4 YEARS FOR DRO/ THEN AT AMC/ LEFT THERE, BACK TO RO TO MAKE DECISION / NOW C FILE IS IN LIMBO SINCE JAN.

NOONE KNOWS WHERE IT COULD BE/(P.S. BUT I HAVE TRIPLICATE COPIES )HA HA -- AND AWAITING ANOTHER CP EXAM/ BUT SAY "TO THIS EXTENT THE APPEAL IS GRANTED" AFTER IT WENT TO BVA- DISSATISFIED - YOU BET YOUR pinocchio !!!!!!!

I am so Completely Dissatisfied with the VA, that I am writing a letter to Congress about the Documents the RO has shredded.

Thats who told them to shread the documents in the first place.

Looks to me like over 75% are not happy with VA.
