I have an acknowledgment that my email has been received and that my complaint is being looked into.

You probably can email the Secretary by using the first initial a dot and the last name at VA.gov.

Pete, do keeps us informed, as I am planning on writing the President on behalf of the MST patients, my VA has decided to eliminate a therapy for the female patients only.

Just getting my ducks in a row and getting everyone to document I can't be refered to this program that they have all documented helped me.

While I may have some good docs the VA sucks as a whole. I can't wait for my medicare to kick in.
