There is no specific time frame. I would send an IRIS inquiry to the VA and ask the status of my TDIU claim. Keep making inquiries to see if something is holding it up like missing DD214 or employment record.

Hey Carlie,

Sorry didn't change the profile yet, but I am at 70%, by VA. I have been retired by SSD since 2001 for major depression.

VA 70% major depression, Since 2001, Got retro back to 2001 from VA for major depression. Sent tdiu back in august 2008.

BVA judge said I could file CUE claim as well as get EED if I wanted to. This goes clear back to 1969.

RSG,

Thanks for clearing that up for me.

The TDIU may still take quite a while to get your decision. since Aug 2008, it's only

been six months.

I would not be surprised if it's still at least another six to go.

I have no idea how the BVA judge could even possibly feel you could have a CUE Claim

of EED for Major Depression granted back to 1969 if you were working during those years.

Maybe I've misunderstood - were you employed from 1969 - 2001 ?

carlie
