Spoliation Hearing - Contact Person

Thanks Carlie- I just emailed her with copy of what I submitted to H VAC already and sent her addy to Kurt P

but he already has submitted his testimony to the Master Sergeant of the H VAC.

I was recently asked to share my shredding evidence with someone here in New York who wants to file RICO charges against VA.They were interested as well in the FTCA I filed with the General Counsel due to property destruction,that is still pending .

I believe I know who this individual is and suggest anyone else who might be contacted to be very wary of doing this.

(I have evidence to support that statement)

I can file RICO myself if needed.

They (Sub Committee Disability/Memorials Affairs , And Sub Comm Investigations and Oversight ),invited me to have my testimony go into the record-Kurt has already sent in what they requested from him too-

Follow their email format- if you get any input like this from them -you have to email the addys they give you and then the Confirmation number -I called it thinking it was land line but appears to sound like a Fax machine so I have to fax them in that regard.

We have only until 5:00 PM today if you are contacted by the committees to testify electronically.

Also read the non governmental witness clause at bottom of what they send and respond to this in your submission and give them brief bio of yourself.

I put in an oath too even though it is electronic testimony.
