Lets all pick a chapter and write a book about the VA and they're rating system. There is no rhyme of reason to most of what they do. 38 CFR is free. It's the law. It is they're Bible. How can anyone determine what the hell they are doing. Good reading but I think we have better reading here at HADIT.
