Va Letter To Me To Upgrade Tbi Rating

These letters are SUPPOSED to go out to all claimants that are currently rated for

Brain Injury.

I've tried every which way to get this file open but no such like. What bothers me is that I have a service connected disability including TBI and I never got a letter. If someone could post it some other way so I could see it I would know what I'd be calling the VA to ask about.

Click on the letter it will be hard to read when it open up then click on it again then easy to read

Crap, all I do is click on the letter and it opens.... big but it opens

and I use the arrow key on the scroll bar and can read the whole thing

from top to bottom.

You should not have to save it as a file or anything.

I am computer stupid.

I had to do the same Carlie, don't feel bad. Sometimes is difficult to figure out these things. B)
