Remember it's OK to cry when it hurts and flinch when it is appropriet, don't play the strong silent guy. You're not their to see how much paim you can stand, your their to simulate your worst day as far as possible without actully faking it.

Take it from someone who knows, my legs hurt at the contact or pressure on then even from a quilt. so when my PC Dr checks them, when I grit my teath and suck in air to keep from yealing, and try to pull my leg away, she knows she has pressed on them to hard. On a good day, I can touch them and not have to grit my teeth, but other times, I wish I had something to knock me out, my legs ach so badly and I can not massage them as I can my shoulders when they ach from bursitis.
