Good Afternoon All,

I am am glad to be here and hopefully I can get some assistance from some fellow veterans. I have a couple of issues. 1) I filed a case with the VA and was rated 0% in everything now my case is on the way to the formal board. I do not think that I have a strong package my medical records were lost on the active duty side and were not recreated while I was in the reserve for 3 years. I had some people write some letters, but I was still rated 0%/ My problems started after I took the anthrax shots.

Thanks for any assitance

Is this your frist claim, if it is the va usually turns down the frist claim. File an appeal and keep at it. If you give up, you lose and the va wins. The va dosen't keep all records from military service in the same place, you just got to do some research and ask questions. Good luck and thanks for your service.
