Here's a report about the failings of the VCAA letters. It's a .pdf file, so you'll need a reader.

I will attach 2 GAO reports I downloaded yesterday-on the VCAA-

I get ticked when I read remands that were deficient as to the VCA notice or what it really was supposed to do: such as :

Why on earth would those bast--ds at GAO say such a thing. The VA is the most trusted, effeicent, kind and helpful government organization in the world. Whew it is late but I think I need another gin and tonic to help me got over the idiot syndrome that I must have been suffering from when I made that statement.
