Question
tanker31
I have been helping a vet with his claim. He had his C&P Eximanitation ( for PTSD ) 63 days ago. We did request and received a copy of same about 30 days ago. It seems to be strong in his favor, but as we all know " you never know " what the decision is until you have it in writing. The vet is in real bad shape, physicaly, emotionaly, and financialy. Iam doing my best to keep him from going over the deep end with words of encouragement, but feel like he is losing it. Can any body advise if there is a " NORMAL " time period after the C&P exam, that one can expect a determination( decision ) letter/award. Is there any way to push the decision process, being that the vet has had his C&P exam over 60 days ago?
All thought/suggestions are welcome.
Thanks to all,
Tanker31
