Stimulus Payment

I know it says if you received Disability or Pension between Nov 2008 (I think) and Jan 2009, you will get a $250 stimulus payment. What if I filed for disability in Sep 2008 (BDD), retired in Nov 2008 and received a decision March 09? Since my disability was in effect since Dec 1st, do I still qualify for the payment?

Their Notice CP1378 states for assistance call 1-866-234-2942.

It tells me I'll get $808.00 by 5-9-09. I got payment right on 5/9 but it was $250.

Is there a place where I put my SSN or something? Where did you go to know how much "they said" you were getting? Thanks!
