Hives are an allergic reaction to something. You would need to prove that your service aggravated your allergic condition. jmo

pr

rgero311975,

Your profile shows you are currently 50 % SC'd.

Question:

For what disabilities and at what percentages.

To get SC'd for something it has to be a current disability -

does not read as though your hives are a current disability.

Vet's can't get compensation just because they had XYZ while on

active duty - compensation is for existing disabilities or residuals thereof.

jmho,

carlie

Forget the hives. Just my 2 cents worth. Focus on that cardiac condition. Do you have symptoms with it? Dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, stuff like that? Get back to your VA doc...demand a referral to cardiology...demand testing. With the VA you have to demand things....not ask sometimes.
