Dav Says Multiple Clothing Allowance Only For Multiple Amputees

As usual they seem to have a double standard

I called the DAV and PVA headquarters and of course the DVA is sticking by there on line article that multiple clothing allowances are only for amputees. The PVA echos the same thing except they tell me they agree with my reading on the subject. They say that the new ruling needs to be tested. They say that untill the va is forced to come up with a policy to pay the multiple clothing allowances no one will get it except the veteran who brought the court case.....
