here's a link http://www.archives.gov/st-louis/military-...d-form-180.html you can make the request online, but you will need to mail or fax them a form they have you print out, sign it and fax it in. i just talked with them last week and they said allow 16 weeks for the copies. make sure you put on your request that you want all service medical records, just be specific or you might just get a copy of your dd214.

where does one send in a req to get a full copy of active duty med records these days?
