be sure to check it with other meds you take as the VA doesn't do this.

there are many good websites for this, just google "drug-drug interaction" and pick one and follow the steps, it's very easy and very informative.

clw,

I put buspar into Hadit's search fearure and came up with this.

Do keep in mind that just about all drugs can effect each person a bit

differently - especially when you consider other drugs or OTC remidies,

even the food one eats or beverages they drink.

Hope this helps a vet.

thx to all who responded. i guess its working.....i used my "assertive communication" skills today that we learned in anger mgmt the other day. my music appreciation prof jacked me again on a grade when i followed her incomplete syllabus as much as possible. it clearly stated, do quizzes 1-8, 10-15. so, i start the quizzes which only go to 12, not 15. i do all the way to 12, omitting #9 since it is not listed. i get the folder back today and its a 92, not 100 that i was expecting. she tells me it was changed on the syllabus on tues (i was at the VA that day!!!). i reminded her that i informed her several times i would not be there tues and thought it was irresponsible to make changes like that without informing me. she sd i need to suck it up and be responsible. well, well, well.....good thing i was medicated. i thought to myself, "hey! this is a good opportunity to see if this assertive communication crap works! it doesnt work on mike at home but she may be different." i carefully think about what i am going to say. before i realize it, my mouth takes over. suddenly i hear myself saying, "i understand your point of view, however, when you make critical changes to your already insufficient and inadequate syllabus, it frustrates me bcuz my grades end up taking a hit." all she could say was "im not going to argue." and neither was i. she keep going on and on about something stupid and i walked out and didnt get into a shouting match or loose my temper with her. that in itself was amazing! as for the assertive communication, i am not so sure it works. i think it most likely just stuns the other person long enuf to divert attention and u win the argument by default :D

You can appeal any grade that a Teacher gives you. Looks like she should drop quiz 9

Good Luck

    • Choosing a VA Disability Attorney Means Learning What Questions to Ask
Choosing a VA Disability Attorney Means Learning What Questions to Ask. Chris Attig - Veterans Law Blog

<br style="color:#000000; text-align:start">How to Hire an Attorney For Your VA Claim or Appeal Free Guidebook available on the Veterans Law Blog

I got an email the other day from a Veteran.  It had 2 or 3 sentences about his claim, and then closed at the end: “Please call me. So-and-so told me you were the best and I want your help.”

While I appreciate the compliments, I shudder a little at emails like this.  For 2 reasons.

First, I get a lot of emails like this.  And while I diligently represent my clients – I often tell them we will pursue their claim until we have no more appeals or until we win – I am most assuredly not the best.

There are a LOT of damn good VA Disability attorneys out there.  (Most, if not all, of the best are members of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates…read about one of them, here)

Second, I don’t want Veterans to choose their attorney based on who their friend thought was the best.  I want Veterans to choose the VA Disability attorney who is BEST for their case.

In some situations, that may be the Attig Law Firm.

But it may also be be Hill and Ponton, or Chisholm-Kilpatrick, or Bergman Moore.  Or any one of the dozens of other attorneys who have made the representation of Veterans their professional life’s work.

There are hundreds of attorneys that are out there representing Veterans, and I’m here to tell you that who is best for your friend’s case may not be the best for your case.

How do you Find the Best VA Disability Attorney for your Claim?

First, you have to answer the question: do you NEED an attorney?

      Some of you don’t...
