Question

A VA shrink told me he "will do the Veteran's C & P". He is referring to a Veteran he is seeing and treating in a VA Contract Clinic. I asked him if he meant he would "do the Nexus" and he relpied that he clearly meant he would do the C & P.
So, he treats the Vet with medication, sees the Vet in his office for "talk" therapy, and he CAN DO the Vet's C & P. Isn't there something wrong with that picture?
I can't find the answer to this elsewhere. Anyone point me to some VA authority on this question.
Thanks!
