My DMII is rated at 40%, PN lower 40% Bilaterial, PN upper 30% right 20% left, 10% tinnitus for a total of 94.5 schedular. I am paid at the 100% rate because of Total Disability Individual Unemployability. As the DMII progresses our ratings can go up.

The ratings for PN are subject to many factors such as range of motion and severity of the disease so to tell you what ratings you may get from the VA will vary depending on the outcome of your C&P's. Take care. Terry

I got 10% for each limb for PN secondary to DMII. I could still feel my feet and am able to walk, but I have the pain.

DMII is 10% if controlled through diet and exercise, 20% if on oral meds, and 40% if on insulin and regulation of activities. Above that gets more complicated. I also got 10% for each limb for DN as my symtoms are mild.
