Can someone tell me what is the quality of life increase?

was completed with their work before President Bush even called for Dole/Shalala the most commenly mentioned item is the 25% quality of life payment suggestion for disabled veterans, Congress gave the VA Secretary 210 days to report on it, that benchmark was passed back in my 2009 the Secretary's response still has not been made public but with the new balanced budget mandate will make it hard to find 25% more for disabled veterans

Its an issue that is being studied by VA which is due to report back to Congress by August.

The basic idea is that being disabled also takes away Quality of Life and VA should increase the benefit pay by maybe 25%
