Clothing Allowaqnce Question

Does anyone know the clothing allowance raqte for 2009, I am aware that it is usually sent out in late August or early September here in the Tampa Bay area.

I think if you are rating for a skin condition such as psoriasis or use a topical cream you get a clothing allowance?  

If this is true how do you apply for this and what do you need to do to prove you use these creams?  Mine is prescribed by a private doc and not the VA.
