Question

Will this help in getting an increase for DDD and sciatica

Acute muscle membrane instability is found in the (:rolleyes: medial gastroc and in the ® L5-S1 lumbar para spinals.

Conclusion: There is evidence of acute denervation in the ® L5-S1 lumbar para spinals and in the corresponding (B) LE myotomes.

It would help you to go to the VA schedule of ratings (in forum below)and compare the rating and Diagnostic code you have now to what the next increase percentages involve as far as evidence.

Was this stated in a C & P exam? Did the doc make any nexus or 'more than likely or as likely as not'secondary to statement as to your SC disabilities?

Noon a nexus but will be seeing VA Nuerology on Sep 10th to review EMG findins and see what they can do to help with this condition. I am already SC for this as it stems from my back injury.

The Neuro Doc didnt do you any favors.

he used a real bad word in the report.

Acute.

That means a condition is not chronic in that opinion.
