Please help me understand this, my last mental health appointment said:

AXIS I: MDD with PF strongly correlates to chronic medical issues

AVIS IV: Chronic, limiting medical problems, social isolation.

What is MDD with PF?

How do limiting medical problems affect the rating decision?

Sorry should not be under PTSD

MDD = Manic depressive disorder.

MDD = Major Depressive Disorder

Sorry wasn't clear enough but I know what MDD is but not the PF

PF - psychotic features

I believe that PF would be Psychotic Features, meaning that there were some hallucinations or delusions.

I have had that diagnosis in the past when I said that I hear music in my head sometimes.

Manic depressive disorder is now called bipolar disorder so in your case MDD would mean Major Depressive Disorder.
