Question

If I have a primary SC condition, and a secondary SC condition caused by the primary, can I file a claim for a third condition cause by the secondary SC condition?

Sure if you have good medical evidence to link # 2 to #1 and then # 3 to # 2.

The medical evidence however might have to come from a real doctor compared to a C & P "expert.

Can you say what the 2nd and 3rd conditions are ?

The 2nd condition is DDD and spondylolisthesis, lumber spine and the 3rd condition is left L5-S1 radiculopathy. Thx

The primary conditions are DJD left knee and ruptured left quadricep. Thx
