i sent an iris and they have my nod . they said they would send me a form nine and it would look complicated.
i dont know if i did the nod right as i thought i was pushed for time and hastily put it together. i also sent in a form nine and turns out i did not have to.
meanwhile i have a lawyer evaluating my eed claim and said it would take two to four weeks before they let me know if they will do it or not.
this time i am going to let the lawyer do all the work and stay out of the way. looks like another two, three year or possible longer wait i am assuming.
once i have the ball to rolling and the lawyer has it i am going to forget about it.
